24hr hour dive Vobster April 19th

Dive zone are organising a 24hr marathon" dive in" to rasie funds for the Marine Conservation Society.
The event runs over the weekend of the 19th of April and starts at 9 am Saturday.
If you want to take part you need to let Colin know in melksham. Ther are a number of people trying to do 24 dives in 24 hours.
It is inteneded to turn it in to quite an event with GWR radio black Thunders in attendance and Scuba pro doing product demo's etc. Is any one up for taking part. You could dive through the night to save going home !

Stop lowering the tone again!!
Does anyone need sponsoring to do some diving??
We should all be saving water, not washing our hair, and supporting those poor freezing divers in the cool green waters of Vobster!!!

Three dives done on a very wet day at Vobster. Kevin, Mark and I did the first two as a threesome (no rude comments please) and were joined by Sue for the third dive. So a total of 10 dives chalked up for Euphoria. I was told that over 3000 pounds was raised for the charity. So that at least was a good result. I will try to get a more accurate figure later in the week.

Stats

Hi All
Latest figures I have for the charity dive are minimum of 4000 pounds raised, 248 dives done and over 250,000 litres of air breathed
