Lets go diving
This forum is bloody quite. Any one up for a good dive over the coming weeks?
Frank and I found some live calamari on a recent trip to plymouth to the james Egan Lane, It was fab. Theres lots to do and see. If we wanted to hire
a hire a hard boat for our selves we could look for some scallops as well !

Caroline and I are keen to get in the water again soon - My ears are still not right so I am looking for some nice shallow dives to see how they go
first off!
There is always stuff going out of Wittering and Selsey. I still want to have a look at swanage pier and the lifeboat station at Selsey.
Kev do you still have the details of the dive center in Pembrokeshire? - we could look at arranging a weekend away for sometime later in the summer.
I am still waiting to hear back details about HMS Hazardous, I think they had a trip last weekend. If we have enough interest I can try and book
something. Anyone interested?.

Tim, Saturday sounds good I think Tatty will also be there with an open water student. So we can look at the Deep dark scary bit in the Middle. first
thing. and then go from there, depending on the Vis, and what unders cloths I have !!!!!!!!!!

Alan, if you take the video camera down to the deep scary bit you can show everyone that you cant actually see anything down there! Now if you watched
Doctor Who you are you also wondering if the Vashta Nerada could all be hidding down there!

Don't know about a helmet, but if we all gather as many ankle weights as we can Alan could go to the 36m platform with no fins and we could watch him
try to walk to the wreck, twin 15's with two side slung 15's should be enough gas even if Nessie is chasing him

This is going to be fun! As long as we can swim faster that Alan can walk we will be fine.

I just got home from swimming, there were a few Nessies in local pool, no camera so no evidence. i'm sure i could stick a tale on one of the divers
and with a few tweeks in photoshop we might make the discovery channel

Good idea, depends on the vis, the more disturbed the water the better!!!, or a disturbed camera man!!.

Ok, we did have some water movement on the surface which was hard work!!!!!, so Tim and I eventually got in, * and ducked under to navigate to the
deep scary part. The vis was not that good. but ok. We got to the Buoys, and started our drop!. down, down colder darker, then really black at 33m,
not even my torch made a difference, we knew we were near the bottom as we saw some silt come up, the temp was about 4c, after a little sign language
by torch light, we came back to the shallow area, where the vis was quite good. Around part of the aircraft, and Down the tunnel. Bad boys. !!, then
back for a tea. and to warm up!.
Took the video camera down second dive, a shallow one off to the left, all the tres, and roots made good shots. A good day have by all. Neil and
Caroline, also got in two dives, and provided lots of cakes, and some other sweets !,
As the weather is getting better we should start to look at the Coast.
