Last dip of the year!
Caroline and I are planning a trip to Vobster on the 28th December. It wont be an early start - and we may only manage one dive. Any one interested in
coming along?
Just remember to think warm thoughts and it will be fine. I am hoping it will be quiet and that the vis will be fantastic. It will be a memorable
dive!

Ah, sorry but some of have to work, have a meeting at 10.00 am in Melksham, now if you were still around at 2.00pm, and had not started to resemble an
icicle's, I may be able to join you, to be standing ready to break the ice, and have hot tea at the ready.

We are flexible on time - I just did not want to get up early and battle through everyone going to work. Depends as much on if anyone else is
interested and what time they could make it. How about midmorning - lunchtimeish sort of still be there at 2 so Alan can have a laugh!
How as the course Frank?

Mid Morning sounds almost civilised, if you discount what we are thinking of doing.
Course was great, I am well back in the PADI fold, and need to talk to any divemasters out there who NEED to continue their diving education !

Average water temperature for the surface in december is 10 degrees. It actually is warmer at 36m in the winter - so I guess it will be a quick deep
dive!!

Hmm. have eaten so much that the idea of using the excess blubber to keep me warm is making a dive sound like a good idea... now i think thats a good
excuse to eat some more.... where is that christmas cake!!

Hi, does this mean that you will be joining the intrepid divers next Friday, you have not eaten that much yet, after food poisoning!! I have lost
weight again. So I am not able to participate.
But will bring hot chocolate, and ice picks.

How about meeting at vobster at about 12 on friday. We will need a fill first but I doubt there will be much of a queue.
It so nice and warm now even Caroline is considering doing a second dive
See you all there.

Hi, just spoken to she who must be obeyed, and she is up for it!!!!!!!! ,
and if you are meeting at 12, I might be able to get there depending on how things go. Not sure if I will have time to get in depends on my meeting
in Melksham. But will try and get there, even if it is just for surface cover.
Alan
Who else is planning on going, Kev, Mark!, Frank!, Tim ( but may be
working)

Very much looking forward to it, About to phone around to speak to people, Kev was interested as well.
Dont think we will be there for 11 - that would mean getting up far to early.
Just a reminder Brian is planning to roast something on his spit roaster, we gave changed the day to sunday probably have food ready to go around
3.30. He has booked the pool for the kiddies to play in between 2 and 3 no dive kit but fins, mask and snorkels are OK - feel free to come along. You
are all also invited to food. Brian did mention it a few times but I dont think he actually invited anyone Either give him a call or drop him an email if you can make it - either that or just turn up!

It was fantastic we practically had the place to ourselves, it was not to cold and the vis was brilliant.
I think it should be an annual event!
